REASSEMBLY
Knife Cover
1. Re-install the knife cover by positioning the spacer on the back of
the knife cover in the center of the knife hub, rotating it slightly until
the alignment pin seats.
NOTE: The grooves on the front of the knife cover should be horizontal,
as on the regulator plate.
2. Replace the knob and rod assembly, and tighten by turning it
clockwise.
Knife Sharpener
1. Slide the sharpener shaft into the mounting bracket, with the
sharpening and deburring stones in the back, behind the knife.
2. Tighten the sharpener lock knob by turning it clockwise.
Platform Assembly
1. Re-install the platform.
2. Replace and tighten the lock knob by turning it clockwise.
