5.1 Manual startup of the generator.
1 Turn the gasoline shutoff valve to the "ON" position.
2 Turn the choke lever outward (closed air position) this position enriches the
gasoline mix and makes startup easier.
It may not be necessary to use the choke if the engine was shut down recently and
is hot.
