10.3.2 The user needs to provide the purchase voucher (invoice or receipt),
description of the abnormal condition of the equipment, and send it back to our
maintenance department together with the equipment.
10.3.3 Due to the special nature of the product screen, non-screen repair
equipment, please ensure that the screen is in good condition and reinforce the
packaging before sending it for repair to avoid damage on the way. Our
company is not responsible for the free repair of products with damaged
screens.
10.3.4 Only the machine and the above-mentioned required items are provided
for repair. Do not send earphones, adapters and other accessories with the
equipment. If there is any loss, our company will not be liable for
compensation.
10.3.5 Please back up your data before sending it for repair. Our company is
not responsible for data loss due to repair.
