Using the Handy Hopper
Place the Handy Hopper on the Nicer Slicer so that the runners glide
into the side guides at the grip.
Press the side clips together and remove the lid.
Fill with food.
Place the stamp in the middle and press down on the lid until the
side clips lock into place with an audible click.
Feed the Handy Hopper in quick movements over the V-blade.
ATTENTION!
The Handy Hopper cannot be attached or removed when the cutting thickness controller is set to
‘Lock’.
5.5 Tips and tricks
The best cutting results for Julienne strips can be achieved with a medium thickness (set to the 3 or 4
mark on the thickness scale).
The Nicer Slicer can also be used freehand, so that food can be shaved over finished dishes or onto the
work surface. With its non-slip feet, ‘freehand’ slicing is simple and safe.
For easy cutting, feed the food or food holder using your dominant hand and hold down the Nicer Slicer
at its grip with the other hand.
