Pancakes MEDIUM 3-6 min turning
once during
cooking
For best results, lightly grease
griddle. Turn pancakes when
bubbles form on top surface and
the bottoms are golden brown.
French Toast MEDIUM 4-6 min until
golden brown on
both sides
For best results, lightly grease
griddle. Dip bread slices in a milk
and egg mixture; turning to coat
both sides.
Shredded Hash
Brown Potatoes
MEDIUM-
HIGH
10-12 min
(refrigerated);
12-15 min
(frozen)
Cook with oil to a golden brown
color, turning halfway through
cooking.
Bacon MEDIUM 10-12 min or
to desired
crispness.
For more even browning, turn
bacon during cooking. Adjust
time for thick or thin cut bacon.
Eggs, fried MEDIUM 3-4 min. or until
white appears
solid. (Sunny side
up) Flip and cook
an additional 2-4
min. or to desired
doneness(for
over easy)
Add a small amount of oil to
griddle before frying eggs to
prevent sticking.
Eggs,
scrambled

lightly buttered
griddle until eggs
thicken, lifting
and turning eggs
while cooking.
Whisk eggs in small bowl with
a small amount of milk or water;
season.
Grilled
Sandwiches

3-6 min. or until
golden brown,
turning half way
through cooking.
Spread butter or margarine on
sides of each bread slice. Fill
sandwiches with your choice of
meats and cheeses.
ON THE GRIDDLE:
The following are meant to be used as a guideline only. The times reflect a full grill of
food. Cooking time will depend upon thickness of food. Use a fork inserted into the center
of the food or meat thermometer to test for doneness. (Be careful not to touch the grilling
plate.) If the food needs longer cooking, check periodically to avoid overcooking the food.
** To be sure your food is properly cooked, USDA recommends using a meat thermometer to test for doneness. Insert the meat
thermometer into the thickest part of the meat and hold in place until the temperature stabilizes.
