SD IS NOT WORKING
Description:
Description:
RAM memory is not accesible.
1. Restart plotter and check again.
2. Execute a System test.
3. If no succeed replace master board.
SD card is not present or cannot be read. Plotter cannot work without it.
Not all SD cards are compatible (recommended Class IV).
1. Verify that there is an SD card (class IV) inserted in the masterboard.
2. Shut down plotter. Check and reseat SD. Reboot.
3. Backup the SD information on a Windows computer, format (FAT 32)
the SD card and restore the information (paste SD content back on SD
card). And check again
4. Contact Service.
USB ERROR
Description:
Some error ocurred on USB connection.
1. Check USB connection port.
2. Verify cable max. length (5m). Some USB hubs don't perform well.
3. Verify USB connection on Windows device manager. Check if in DFU works (ask servcie).
4. Change USB port (same and another computer).
5. Reinstall USB driver if necessary. Follow SW installation guide.
6. Change USB cable.
7. If all steps fail, contact Service.
USART BUS ERROR
Description:
USART bus connects the masterboard microcontrollers.
Movement control and RFID can be affected.
1. Restart plotter and check again.
2. Execute a System test.
3. If no succeed, master board should be replaced.
