SUBJECT:
Cartridge detection involves master board, long at cables, CON8,CON9,CON10.
Print head board, small at cables, cartridge control board and the cartridge.
The communication from Master Board to PH 1&2 is done through CON8 (common) and CON9.
The communication from Master Board to PH 3&4 is done through CON8 (common) and CON10.
Required level: Medium
Example: PH1 not detected
1� CHECK CARTRIDGES
2� SWAP CARTRIDGES
Scan QR code with your
smartphone to see video
procedure.
Visually check electrical pad connector, in case of
damage, replace cartridge.
Swap cartridge with a working one.
Check and clean the cartridge and the holder
control board pins.
Insert the cartridge
back. Check cartridge
detection.
