Duringtheoperationtheboilerissecuredagainstdangerousoperationconditions.However,
thebreakdownswiththecausenotincludedintheboilermechanismcannotbeprotectedto
arise.Thereforeitisnecessaryafterputtingtheboilertooperationtoexaminetheboilerevery
threedaysandcheck:
a.whetherthesystemisfilledwithwaterandthereisnoleakage.Ifthepressuredropsunder
0,8barintheheatingcircuitinthecoldcondition,itisnecessarytoincreasethepressurewith
thehelpofthefeedingvalveto11,5bar.
b.whetherwastegasesorgascannotbesmelled.Incaseofgasleakageputtheboileroutof
operation,closethegassupplyandcallservice.
Theproducerkeepssinglepartsofboilersassparepartswhichareprovidedforguaranteeand
postguaranteeserviceonlytocontractpartnersonthebaseoforderorreclamation.
Theexactreadingofguaranteeandguaranteeconditionsandhintsforreclamationare
includedintheletterofguarantee.Repairsintheguaranteetimeareperformedonlyby
contractservices.
Attention!
Aftereachyearoftheoperationduringtheguaranteetimeitisnecessarytogettheboiler
examinedandadjustedbyacontractcompany.Theguaranteewillnotbeadmittedunlessthis
isperformed.Evenafterfinishingtheguaranteetime,theproducerrecommendsany
interventionsaimingtorepairstobemadeonlybyacontractservicepartner.Theactivitiesof
theboileruserinthepostguaranteetimearedeterminedinthepart„Maintenance“.
Foundbreakdownsmustbereportedtotheserviceworkerwhoputtheboilertooperation.
Ifthereisagasleakage,thegassupplymustbeclosed.Foundbreakdownsmustbe
removedimmediately.
Torespecttheconditionsofguarantee,theproducerdoesnotpermitperforminganyrepairs
byacompanyotherthanacontractorserviceintheguaranteetime.
