If your Gevi Coffee Maker stops working, first ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into the wall outlet. If it still doesn't work, contact an authorized service facility for repairs. Also, make sure the ready indicator is illuminated before attempting to use steam. For frothing, use a high, narrow cup and whole or half-skimmed milk.
