Control touch buttons do not
work.
➢ Do not press too hard.
➢ If a touch button no longer responds, the
MMU must be replaced.
In this case, please contact our customer
service.
Bluetooth does not work.
➢ Switch off all other devices paired with
the Bluetooth appliance and scan for
Bluetooth again.
➢ Do not pair any appliances placed
behind a wall or in a corner.
➢ Keep a working distance radius of
max. 8 m.
➢ The ID code of the MMU is 39X.
USB mode does not work.
➢ Use music formats MP3 or WMA only.
Any other formats cannot be played.
➢ Ensure proper condition of the USB
connection (cable / stick etc.).
➢ Update your device.
AUX mode does not work
➢ Ensure proper condition of the music
source.
➢ Check proper condition and connection
of the audio cable.
