27.6 Plexi Shield
❖ Our PLEXI SHIELD (see illustration below) is optionally available for post-
installation on the bed frame of the MO 1 at an extra charge.
❖ The Plexi Shield is intended to prevent respiratory air (droplets) from reaching
the client or the person giving treatment during a facial treatment.
❖ The Plexi Shield increases the distance and thus reduces the risk of infection.
The attachment to the metal frame under the headrest using the supplied slide
rails allows a horizontal adjustment (distance between headrest and Plexi
Shield) of at least 50 mm.
❖ The direct connection to the bed frame ensures maximum legroom for the
person treating the client when working on the head section.
❖ The shape of the Plexi Shield allows the person giving treatment comfortable
access to the head of the lying client.
❖ In addition, any height adjustment is unnecessary, as the height of the Plexi
Shield automatically changes with the height of the spa table.
❖ The Plexi Shield is removable and can be fitted as required.
❖ Suitable for post-installation.
