MALFUNCTION
POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)
TROUBLESHOOTING
ALL MOTORS DO NOT WORK.
1. No connection to the mains.
1. Check the connection status.
2. The power supply cable is damaged.
2. Power supply cable must be
replaced (please contact the
customer service).
3. MCP / motor-plug are not plugged
in properly.
3. Check proper connection of MCP /
plug.
4. MCP is defective.
4. MCP must be replaced (please
contact the customer service).
5. Fuse in the transformer is defective.
5. Fuse must be replaced (please
contact the customer service).
6. Control-box total loss.
6. Control-box must be replaced
(please contact the customer
service).
7. Malfunction of the software.
7. Reset
(s. chapter 23. RESET OF THE MO
1).
8. Key lock is activated.
8. Unlock the key lock
(s. chapter 10.2 KEY LOCK).
SINGLE ACTUATOR DOES NOT WORK.
1. Actuator plug is not connected
properly.
1. Connect plug properly.
2. MCP is defective.
2. MCP must be replaced
(please contact the customer
service).
