Solutions to common problems
Spots on the
inside
A detergent with dye was
used.
Make sure to use only detergents
without dyes.
The dishes do not
dry
The compartment of the
liquid rinse aid is empty.
Make sure that the compartment of
the liquid rinse aid is full.
The dishes are not
clean
Incorrect cycle.
The racks have been
loaded incorrectly.
Select a program for more soiled
dishes.
Make sure that the compartment of
the detergent and the spray nozzles
are not blocked by poorly loaded
dishes.
Stains on the
dishes
Excess of salt in the
water.
Water temperature too
low.
Overloaded dishwasher.
Poorly loaded dishes.
Detergent powder out of
date or damp.
The compartment of liquid
rinse aid is empty.
Incorrect amount of
detergent.
Removing stains from dishes:
1 Remove all utensils metal in the
Dishwasher.
2 Do not use detergent.
3 Select the longest cycle.
4 Turn on the Dishwasher and let it
work for 18 to 22 minutes, and then
let it work on the main washing.
5 Open the door and put 2 cups of
white vinegar at the bottom of the
Dishwasher.
6 Close the door and let the cycle
nish. If that does not work, repeat
the procedures above replacing
vinegar for ¼ cup of crystals of citric
acid.
Cloudy dishes The combination of water
with low concentration
of minerals and lots of
detergent.
Use less detergent and choose a
shorter washing cycle for the washing
of glass dishware and to clean them.
Yellow or brown
lm inside the
appliance
Stains of coffee or tea. Use a solution of ½ cup bleach and 3
cups warm water to remove the stains
by hand.
Wait 20 minutes after the cycle ends
so that the resistors cool down before
cleaning the inside in order to prevent
burns.
