PROBLEMS CAUSES SOLUTIONS
The Dishwasher is
not working
Circuit breaker turned off.
The On/Off button has not
been pressed.
The water pressure is very
low or no water is going in.
Turn on the circuit breaker. The
Dishwasher must be connected to a
dedicated power outlet.
Make sure that the On/Off button has
been pressed and that the door was
closed properly.
Make sure that the power cord has
been properly plugged into the wall
outlet.
Check if the water supply is connected
properly and if the faucet is open.
Noise Some of the noises
produced by the
Dishwasher are normal.
The dishes are not well
loaded into the racks or
some smaller item has fell
inside the rack.
Buzzing of the engine.
Noise from the grinding of soft foods
and the opening of the cover of the
detergent compartment.
Make sure that the dishes were
loaded correctly in the racks.
The Dishwasher is not being used
regularly. If you do not use the
Dishwasher frequently, remember to
program it to ll and drain each week
to help keep the seal moist.
Foam on the
inside
Improper detergent.
Residues of liquid rinse aid.
Use only dishwasher specic
detergents in order to avoid foam. If
this occurs, open the Dishwasher and
let the foam evaporate. Run the “Pre-
Wash” cycle without any utensil inside
the appliance. Repeat if necessary.
Always wipe excess liquid rinse aid
when you are lling the compartment.
