Why are my Gima Scales giving abnormal measuring results?

  If your Gima Scales display abnormal measuring results, such as readings that are too high or too low, or if there's a significant difference between two recent measurements, it could be due to several reasons. First, make sure you step on the platform barefoot and remain still during measurement. Second, ensure the device is placed on a flat, hard surface, not on a carpet or rugged surface. Lastly, if your feet are too dry, wipe them with a damp cloth before starting the measurement.

  If your Gima Scales cannot proceed to analyze body fat, total body water, muscle mass, and bone mass, it might be because you are stepping onto the platform wearing socks or shoes. Ensure you are barefooted and have full contact with the electrodes during measurement. Alternatively, the system may be unable to identify the correct User ID. In this case, please assign a User ID following the instruction in Set Up Your Profile. Another reason might be that the user fails to select the User ID from what the system found.   If there is no display on the LCD screen of your Gima Scales when you power it on, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, ensure that the batteries are installed correctly. If they are already installed, the batteries may be worn out. Replace both CR2032 batteries at the same time with authorized batteries.
