Why is there no hot water from my Glacier Bay Kitchen & Bath Fixtures?
    • N
      Nancy CooperAug 9, 2025
If you are not getting any hot water from your Glacier Bay Kitchen & Bath Fixtures, it could be due to a couple of reasons. Either the lines are reversed, or the cartridge is installed upside down, in which case you should rotate the cartridge 180°. Alternatively, the balance valve in the cartridge might be clogged with debris; try cleaning the bottom of the cartridge.

      Kristen PetersAug 15, 2025
If you're experiencing low or no water flow from your Glacier Bay Kitchen & Bath Fixtures, here are a few things to check: * Make sure both water supplies are fully turned on. * Ensure the stop valves are completely open. * Inspect the screen filter in the spray head for blockages; if blocked, turn off the water supply at the angle valve, unscrew the spray head from the spray hose, and clean the screen filter under running water.

    • M
      Maria CarpenterAug 21, 2025
If your Glacier Bay Kitchen & Bath Fixtures spout is leaking or dripping when the handle is closed, several issues could be the cause. First, make sure that the cartridge is properly installed. If the issue persists, check that the sealed washer on the cartridge is in place; if it's missing or damaged, replace the cartridge. Lastly, ensure the bonnet nut is sufficiently tightened using a wrench.

      mirandajessicaAug 27, 2025
If the handle on your Glacier Bay Kitchen & Bath Fixtures is hard to turn, the bonnet nut might be too tight. Try loosening the bonnet nut and reinstalling it, being careful not to overtighten it this time.

Why does water come out of the tub spout and showerhead at the same time in my Glacier Bay Kitchen & Bath Fixtures?
    • I
      iwilliamsSep 3, 2025
If water is coming out of both the tub spout and showerhead simultaneously in your Glacier Bay Kitchen & Bath Fixtures, it could be due to several reasons: * The pipe between the valve and tub spout is not 1/2 in. IPS, or the copper pipe is incorrect; in this case, change the pipe to IPS or copper. * The distance between the valve and the showerhead is less than 48 in.; the distance from the showerhead and valve moved to at least 48 in.. * There may be a restriction between the valve and the tub spout; remove the tub spout and flush out any debris, and/or replace any undersized lines or fittings. * The valve might be installed upside down; remove the valve and reinstall it with the correct orientation.
