fluctuatingsignificantly.

Primeforanadditional5cycleswhilecontinuingtowatchthelevelsinthewashcup.
8. If the liquid  level fluctuates significantly or the cup fills with liquid in the two previous steps,
readjusttubingandmonitorprimingagain.Ifproblempersists,contacttechnicalservice.
7.4. PeriodicMaintenance
Approximatelyeveryyear(timewillvarydependingoninstrumentusage)aprofessionalmaintenance
procedure should be performed by a trained service engineer.Service agreements are typically
laboratory‐dependent andestablished tomeetthe specificneeds ofeachclie nt.Contact the local
ThunderBoltdistributorformoreinformation.
7.5. Storage,Transportation,andDisposal
Storage,transportation,anddisposaloftheThunderBoltmustbecompletedbyatrainedtechnician.
Acompletereinstallationmustbeperformedfollowinganymoveorstorageoftheinstrument. 
Therecommendedstorageandtransportationconditionsfortheinstrumentshouldbesimilartothe
useconditions.Iftheinstrumentismovedfromits
installedlocationorremovedfromserviceforan
extendedperiodoftime,itisrecommendedthataminimumofaweeklymaintenance(asdescribed
above)followedbydryprimingcyclestoremoveliquidsfromthesystem,beperformedandthatthe
instrumentbereturnedtotheoriginalpackaging.
Environmentalconditions
forextendedstorageperiodsshouldbeasfollows:
Temperature:10°C–60°C(50°F–140°F)
RelativeHumidity:20–90%non‐condensing
Aftershipping,itisrecommendedthattheinstrumentbestoredatroomtemperatureforatleast24
hoursbeforepoweringontheinstrument.
Itis recommended thatanytrained
technician disposingof theinstrumentconsultapplicablelocal
regulationspriortodisposal.
