LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranty Period
GOLFBUDDY󾖴products󾖴come󾖴with󾖴a󾖴limited󾖴warranty󾖴against󾖴defects󾖴in󾖴materials󾖴and󾖴workmanship󾖴when󾖴used󾖴under󾖴
normal󾖴consumer󾖴use󾖴for󾖴a󾖴period󾖴of󾖴one󾖴(2)󾖴years󾖴(“Limited󾖴Warranty”).󾖴The󾖴Limited󾖴Warranty󾖴begins󾖴to󾖴run󾖴from󾖴the󾖴
date󾖴of󾖴original󾖴retail󾖴purchase.󾖴GOLFBUDDY,󾖴at󾖴its󾖴sole󾖴and󾖴 absolute󾖴discretion,󾖴shall󾖴either󾖴(i)󾖴 replace󾖴or󾖴repair󾖴the󾖴
defective󾖴part(s)󾖴or󾖴the󾖴unit󾖴with󾖴a󾖴new󾖴or󾖴reconditioned󾖴part(s),󾖴or󾖴(ii)󾖴issue󾖴a󾖴credit󾖴for󾖴the󾖴parts󾖴or󾖴products󾖴that󾖴are󾖴
covered󾖴under󾖴the󾖴Limited󾖴Warranty.
Eligibility
This󾖴Limited󾖴Warranty󾖴is󾖴applicable󾖴only󾖴to󾖴the󾖴 original󾖴authorized󾖴purchasers󾖴who󾖴purchase󾖴 the󾖴products󾖴for󾖴resale󾖴
and/or󾖴end󾖴 users󾖴of󾖴the󾖴 products.󾖴All󾖴 authorized󾖴distributors󾖴shall󾖴provide󾖴its󾖴customers󾖴a󾖴copy󾖴of󾖴this󾖴Limited󾖴
Warranty󾖴and󾖴communicate󾖴any󾖴 and󾖴all󾖴waivers󾖴and󾖴limitations󾖴contained󾖴in󾖴this󾖴Limited󾖴Warranty.󾖴No󾖴unauthorized󾖴
modi󽗉cations󾖴to󾖴or󾖴 unauthorized󾖴representations󾖴made󾖴by󾖴distributors󾖴will󾖴be󾖴valid󾖴or󾖴honored.󾖴The󾖴purchaser󾖴must󾖴
present󾖴the󾖴original󾖴purchase󾖴 receipt󾖴showing󾖴the󾖴date󾖴of󾖴purchase,󾖴place󾖴of󾖴 purchase,󾖴and󾖴amount󾖴paid󾖴for󾖴the󾖴
product󾖴in󾖴question,󾖴at󾖴the󾖴time󾖴a󾖴warranty󾖴claim󾖴is󾖴󽗉led.󾖴The󾖴product󾖴must󾖴be󾖴in󾖴its󾖴original󾖴packaging󾖴along󾖴with󾖴all󾖴
associated󾖴accessories󾖴and󾖴instruction󾖴manuals.

com󾖴or󾖴visit󾖴help.golfbuddyglobal.com󾖴and󾖴obtain󾖴a󾖴Return󾖴Authorization󾖴Number.󾖴All󾖴returned󾖴products󾖴must󾖴be󾖴
accompanied󾖴by󾖴an󾖴 original󾖴purchase󾖴receipt󾖴and󾖴 the󾖴Return󾖴Authorization󾖴Number.󾖴 Any󾖴products󾖴that󾖴are󾖴returned󾖴
without󾖴the󾖴requisite󾖴information󾖴shall󾖴be󾖴returned󾖴at󾖴the󾖴purchaser’s󾖴cost󾖴and󾖴expense.
Warranty Exclusions

merchantability󾖴or󾖴󽗉tness󾖴for󾖴 a󾖴particular󾖴purpose󾖴and󾖴any󾖴warranty󾖴that󾖴any󾖴products󾖴is󾖴delivered󾖴free󾖴 of󾖴claims󾖴of󾖴
third󾖴parties󾖴by󾖴way󾖴of󾖴infringement󾖴or󾖴the󾖴like.󾖴GOLFBUDDY󾖴disclaims󾖴all󾖴express󾖴and󾖴implied󾖴warranties󾖴applicable.󾖴
To󾖴products󾖴accessories󾖴and󾖴products󾖴which󾖴are󾖴not󾖴manufactured󾖴by󾖴GOLFBUDDY.󾖴GOLFBUDDY󾖴further󾖴disclaims󾖴 all󾖴
warranties󾖴applicable󾖴to󾖴products󾖴which󾖴are󾖴accepted󾖴by󾖴purchaser󾖴but󾖴are󾖴subsequently󾖴damaged󾖴as󾖴 a󾖴result󾖴of󾖴the󾖴

components󾖴such󾖴as󾖴USB󾖴 cables󾖴or󾖴charges,󾖴misuse,󾖴operation󾖴at󾖴settings󾖴other󾖴than󾖴those󾖴recommended󾖴or󾖴
speci󽗉ed,󾖴non-compliance󾖴with󾖴instructions󾖴or󾖴guidelines󾖴set󾖴forth󾖴in󾖴the󾖴User's󾖴Operation󾖴Manual.

component󾖴or󾖴part󾖴by󾖴 purchaser󾖴or󾖴unauthorized󾖴service󾖴provider,󾖴or󾖴 any󾖴accidental󾖴or󾖴intentional󾖴damage󾖴to󾖴
the󾖴product.

government󾖴or󾖴any󾖴other󾖴governmental󾖴agencies.

Limitation of Warranty
GOLFBUDDY󾖴shall󾖴not󾖴in󾖴any󾖴event󾖴be󾖴liavle󾖴for󾖴indirect,󾖴special,󾖴consequential󾖴or󾖴liquidated󾖴damages󾖴or󾖴penalties,󾖴
including󾖴claims󾖴for󾖴lost󾖴revenue,󾖴pro󽗉ts󾖴or󾖴business󾖴opportunities,󾖴 even󾖴if󾖴GOLFBUDDY󾖴had󾖴or󾖴should󾖴have󾖴had󾖴any󾖴
knowledge,󾖴actual󾖴or󾖴constructive,󾖴of󾖴the󾖴possibility󾖴of󾖴such󾖴damages.󾖴GOLFBUDDY's󾖴total󾖴liability󾖴for󾖴any󾖴claim󾖴arising󾖴
hereunder󾖴shall󾖴not󾖴exceed󾖴the󾖴purchase󾖴price󾖴which󾖴purchaser󾖴paid󾖴for󾖴the󾖴product.

With󾖴GOLFBUDDY’s󾖴products,󾖴the󾖴exposure󾖴may󾖴be󾖴below󾖴the󾖴Proposition󾖴65󾖴level󾖴of󾖴concern,󾖴or󾖴could󾖴even󾖴be󾖴zero.󾖴
However,󾖴out󾖴of󾖴an󾖴abundance󾖴of󾖴caution󾖴GOLFBUDDY’s󾖴has󾖴elected󾖴to󾖴place󾖴the󾖴Proposition󾖴65󾖴warning󾖴signs󾖴on󾖴its󾖴
products.
WARNING:󾖴GOLFBUDDY󾖴products󾖴can󾖴expose󾖴you󾖴to󾖴chemicals󾖴including󾖴 DEHP,󾖴which󾖴are󾖴 known󾖴to󾖴the󾖴State󾖴of󾖴
