3. If a fault is detected, an error message will be displayed indicating which test failed and which
functions may be inoperative.
a. If continued operation is possible, the message “Press any key to continue” will appear (see
figure 3-4). To continue operation, press any key.

b. If a fatal (i.e., non-recoverable) error is detected, the message “Continued operation is not
possible” will appear (see figure 3-5). In this circumstance, turn the system OFF and refer to
the maintenance procedures detailed in chapter 4.
