Before folding the scooter , make sure that the scooter is powered off.
Folding: Ensure the electric scooter is powered off,open the folding buckle and
Unfolding: Pull the tiller up and pull the folding buckle towards the pole so that
the folding buckle is locked (make sure the folding buckle is locked before riding).
