Disconnecting Gas
ANTICLOCKWISE REGULATOR
After cooking, be sure to turn off the gas
from the gas cylinder first before turning
of the Dome. This will allow any gas left in
the burner or pipe to be used up safely.
Three minutes after turning the gas off
it will be safe to remove the regulator
and turn the control dial back to the off
position.
