Replacing The Probe
Only when the oven is cold, remove the
rear panel to access the probe terminal.
The terminal is held with a magnet so
can be removed from the dock easily
to gain better access. Lift all the levers
on the left hand side of the terminal to
release the probe wires. Unscrew the
probe from inside the oven and pull the
old probe out the mouth of the oven.
