SETUP - WATER-BASED MATERIALS
Steps 1 & 2: Connect hose connections and tighten. Steps 3 – 6: Engage trigger lock, install tip guard, turn switch OFF,
and plug unit in. Steps 7 – 12: Flush with clean water until clear water comes out of the drain tube.
Step 13: Perform Pressure Relief Procedure.
PRIME - WATER-BASED MATERIALS
Step 2: Place fluid intake in water. Step 6:Trigger gun until water appears. Release gun trigger and allow pressure to build. Engage
trigger lock. Inspect for leaks. If leaks occur, perform Pressure Relief Procedure then tighten all fittings and repeat this procedure.
Step 7: Perform Pressure Relief Procedure.
