Adjust the desired cutting width
by turning the hand wheel.
 Press the cutting goods gently
against the stopper plate and lead
the skid evenly against the blade.
 Push the pulse switch.
MOMENT-
SCHALTER
 After nishing the cutting pro-
cess, release the pulse switch.
 Now turn over the skid.
 Push the button on the side of the
thumb protection and ip it.
 Push the slider on the underside
of the skid together and ip it.
Cutting with permanent
switch
Use the permanent switch to cut lar-
ge quantities.
 Procedure like cutting with the
“pulse switch” only push the
“permanent switch” instead of
the “pulse switch”.
Dauerschalter
 Let the engine cool off after a
permanent usage of approx. 5
minutes.
 After nishing the cutting pro-
cess, turn off the device.
AUS/OFF
important!
► Soft cutting goods (for examp-
le cheese or ham) can be cut
best when cooled.
► Soft cutting goods are cut bet-
ter when you move it forward
slower.
► When cutting cucumbers or
carrots it helps to cut them to
an identical size beforehand,
and then lead them to the cut-
ter using the scrap holder.
