Connect an Ethernet cable from the High Speed Internet modem to the WAN
port of the Home Phone Adapter.
Connect a second Ethernet cable from the LAN port of the Home Phone Adapter
to your computer.
Connect your telephone handset to the PHONE 1 port of the Home Phone Adapter.
Connect the High Speed Internet modem to a power outlet.
Note: Please wait 2 minutes before continuing to the next step.
Connect the Home Phone Adapter to the power outlet and wait 5 minutes.
Note: Do not disconnect as you could cause damage to the Adapter.
Your phone should now work.
Note: If you do not hear dial tone or are unable to make or receive calls,
disconnect the power from both the modem and Home Phone Adapter and
wait 1 minute. Retry then . Doing so may resolve the issue quickly
and prevent an unnecessary call to our Technical Services team.
Start your computer.
