2. Install two ROPS lock pins (item 1) and
two 5/16 x 3/4 in. round knobs (item 2).
See Figure 7.
3. Torque lower mounting hardware
installed in steps 2 and of Install Base
Weldments on page 12 to 80 lbf-ft (109
N•m).
4. Tighten upper mounting hardware
installed in step 2 until they just contact
the hinge plate. To ensure that rollover
bar can lower and raise correctly, do not
overtighten.
Tighten round knobs to prevent center tube
from rattling during operation.
Fill Fuel Tank
Fill fuel tank. DO NOT OVERFILL! See
FILLING FUEL TANK on page 19.
