OPERATION

INITIAL OPERATION

For the first hour, operate the tractor under a light to moderate load.

BEFORE STARTING

Check oil and fuel levels, and ensure all controls are in neutral before starting.

Starting

Start the engine by engaging the starter after setting choke and throttle.

Throttle

Engine RPM is governor-controlled; best performance is at full throttle.

High and Low Gear

The lever on the left handle controls high and low gear selection.

Swiftamatic-8 Transmission
