Why is there water leakage in my Gree GWH12KF-K3DNB1A Air Conditioner outdoor unit?
    • P
      Patricia RayAug 21, 2025
This can happen because the pipe and connection of the pipe would be condensed due to the water cooled down when the unit is running in COOL mode. Also, when the unit is running in Auto Defrosting mode the ice thawed and flowed out. Finally, when the unit is running in HEAT mode, the water adhered on the heat exchanger dripped off.

Why does my Gree GWH12KF-K3DNB1A indoor unit not deliver air?
    • H
      Harold AdamsAug 31, 2025
This can happen for a few reasons. When the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is very low, the unit will stop delivering air to prevent cool air. Also, when the outdoor temperature is low or the humidity is high, frost can form on the outdoor heat exchanger, causing the unit to automatically defrost, during which the indoor unit will stop blowing air for 3-12 minutes. In dehumidifying mode, the indoor fan may stop to prevent condensed water from vaporizing again and to restrain temperature rising.
