Remove the screws fixing panel, to remove the panel.
Remove the screws connecting panel grille and panel,
loosen the clamp, to remove the panel grille.

Remove the screwnut fixing cross fan blade, remove
the gasket and spring cushion, to remove the cross
fan blade.
