4. Install hydraulic hoses (x3) from the multi carrier to the RI barrier mower:
The 3 hydraulic hoses are of different sizes and lengths, and must be identified as follows:
Pressure hose (marked with red sticker)
1. pcs. 1/2” 275 bar, 2470mm (connection from flow divider to attachment tool)
Return hose (marked with green sticker)
1. pcs. 3/4” 150 bar, 2540mm (connection from flow divider to attachment tool)
Drain hose → 1/4” 260 bar: (marked with blue sticker)
1. pcs. 1/4” 260 bar, 4650mm (connection directly into pressureless tank from attachment tool)
Hose loops/fittings are then tightened acc. to: Table 11 – page 31.
The hydraulic hoses are routed through the RI barrier mowers "lifting eye" to restrict and ensure their
movement during use:
