1.2 Fitting the motor
1.2.1 Motor with cylindrical shaft

Fit the motor to the pump head.

Start the motor briefly to check the direction of rotation by watching
the fan. Direction of rotation must be counter-clockwise (CCW),
except for CRN-SF where direction of rotation is clockwise (CW).

Fit, adjust and tighten the coupling.
CR, CRI, CRN 10, 15, 20, 120, 150
1. Place the adjusting fork in the shaft seal (the adjusting fork is
fitted to the coupling guard).
2. Fit, adjust and tighten the coupling.
3. Remove the adjusting fork.
CR, CRN 32, 45, 64, 90
1. Fit the enclosed shaft seal and tighten the three set screws.
2. Place the adjusting fork in the shaft seal.
3. Fit, adjust and tighten the coupling, and remove the adjusting
fork.
CRT 2, 4, 8, 16
1. Fit the coupling and tighten the screws slightly.
2. Place a screwdriver under the coupling and lift coupling and
pump shaft as high up as possible.
3. Lower coupling and pump shaft half the lifted distance and
tighten the coupling screws.
4 Fit the coupling guards.
