6. Einzelkomponenten PA 3
6.1 Displayplatte
- Die Displayplatte ist mit den Schrauben is (Fig. 5.4) an der oberen
Frontblende angeschraubt.
6.2 CD-Teil
- CD-Schubladenblende abnehmen.
- 2 Schrauben 20 (Fig. 6.3) herausschrauben.
- Schraube 21 (Fig. 6.4) herausschrauben.
6.3 Cassettenteil
- Wenn das obere Gehausevorderteil entfernt wurde, wird die
Dispiayplatte nur durch die Kabelverbindungen gehalten. Display-
platte nach vorne driicken.
- 2Schrauben 22 (Fig. 6.6) l6sen, Schubladenbedienteil entfernen.
- 4 Schrauben 23| (Fig. 6.5 / 6.6) herausschrauben (2 Massekabel!).
- Steckverbindungen am CD-Teil lésen.
- CD-Teil mit CD-Chassis abnehmen.
- Die Netzteilplatte des Cassettenteils ist seitlich eingehangt.
6.4 Hauptplatte
- Die Hauptplatte ist vorne und hinten mit je 2 Schrauben befestigt.
An der Leiterplattenmitte wird sie zusatzlich von 2 Rastnasen
gehalten. Hinter den Steckverbindungen befinden sich die
Létsicherungen.
6.5 Endstufe/Trafo
- 4 Schrauben 24 (Fig. 6.9) herausschrauben.
- 4 Schrauben e7 (Fig. 6.9) herausschrauben.
- Das Endstufenchassis kann nun zusammen mit dem Trafo abge-
nommen werden.
6.6 Lautsprecher
- 9 Schrauben 25| (Fig. 6.1) herausschrauben.
- Die Boxenritickwand kann nun abgenommen werden (Achtung
Gummidampfer 26, Fig. 6.1).
Die Demontage der einzelnen Komponenten ist ab Seite 1 - 12
beschrieben.
6. Components PA 3
6.1 Display Board
- The display board is mounted with screws 15 (Fig. 5.4) at the upper
front.
6.2 CD Part
- Remove the CD tray cover.
- Undo 2 screws 20 (Fig. 6.3).
- Undo screw 21i (Fig. 6.4).
6.3 Cassette Part
- If the upper front is removed the display board is fixed only by the
wires. Move the display board to the front.
- Loosen 2 screws 24 (Fig. 6.6) and remove the trays operating
board.
- Undo 4 screws 23 (Fig. 6.5 / 6.6; 2 ground connections!).
- _ Disconnect the plug-in connections at the CD part.
- Remove the CD part together with the CD chassis.
- The power supply board of the cassette part is hooked in at the
side.
6.4 Main Board
- The main board is mounted with 2 screws at the front and at the
rear. Additionally it is fixed with 2 catches at the centre of the board.
Behind the plug-in connectors the fuses are soldered in.
6.5 Power Amplifier/Transformer
- Undo 4 screws 24 (Fig. 6.9).
- Undo 4 screws 27 (Fig. 6.9).
- The Power Amplifier chassis can now be removed together with
the transformer.
6.6 Speakers
- Undo 9 screws 25 (Fig. 6.1).
- Therear of the speaker box can now be removed(Attention: rubber
dumper 26, Fig. 6.1).
Diassembling of the components is described from page 1 - 120n.
