2. Einzelkomponenten PA 2
2.1 Displayplatte
- Die Displayplatte ist mit den 2 Schrauben @ (Fig. 1.4) an der
Frontblende angeschraubt.
2.2 CD-Teil
- 2Schrauben 40) herausschrauben (Fig. 2.1) und die kleine Leiter-
platte mit den ,Disc/Tape Open*-Tasten zur Seite driicken.
- 2Steckverbinder auf der CD-Platte abziehen.
- 4Schrauben @ (Fig. 2.2) herausschrauben (Massekabel!).
- 2Schrauben G2) (Fig. 2.2) herausschrauben.
2.3 Cassettenteil
- CD-Teil ausbauen (siehe Pkt. 2.2).
- 6 Steckverbinder 43) abziehen (Fig. 2.3).
- 4 Schrauben 44 (Fig. 2.4) herausschrauben (Massekabell!).
- Die Netzteilplatte des Cassettenteils ist seitlich eingehangt.
2.4 Hauptplatte
- Die Hauptplatte ist vorne und hinten mit je 2 Schrauben befestigt.
An der Leiterplattenmitte wird sie zusatzlich von 2 Rastnasen
gehalten. Hinter den Steckverbindungen 43) (Fig. 2.3) befinden
sich die Létsicherungen.
Die Demontage der einzelnen Komponenten ist ab Seite 1 - 12
beschrieben.
2. Components PA 2
2.1 Display Board
- Thedisplay board is mounted with screws () (Fig. 1.4) at the front.
2.2 CD Part
- Undo2screws 40) (Fig. 2.1) and move the smali PCB with the ,.Disc/
Tape Open‘ buttons aside.
- Pull out 2 connectors on the CD board.
- Undo 2 screws 41) (Fig. 2.2; ground connection!).
- Undo screw 42 (Fig. 2.2).
2.3 Cassette Part
- Remove CD Part (see para 2.2).
- Pull out 6 connector 43) (Fig. 2.3).
- Undo 4 screws 44) (Fig. 2.4; ground connection!).
- The power supply board of the cassette part is hooked in at the
side.
2.4 Main Board
- The main board is mounted with 2 screws at the front and at the
rear. Additionally it is fixed with 2 catches at the centre of the board.
Behind the plug-in connectors 43) (Fig. 2.3) the fuses are soldered
in.
Diassembling of the components is described frompage 1-12 0n.
