The Gyroor G11 is a recreational self-balancing electric hoverboard designed for personal transportation. It is suitable for riders aged 6 years and older, with a recommended weight range of 44-220 lbs (20-100 kg) and a height of over 4ft (121cm).
Function Description:
The G11 hoverboard operates on a self-balancing mechanism, allowing riders to control movement by shifting their body weight. It features two wheels, a mainframe with foot mats, and an internal motor system. An ON/OFF switch controls power, and an LED lamp provides illumination. For enhanced user experience, the hoverboard includes a Stereo Bluetooth Speaker for audio playback and a charging port for power replenishment. The device can be controlled and monitored via a dedicated Gyroor app, which offers features like speed display, battery reminder, mode adjustment (child/adult), speed control, light color adjustment, and fault analysis. The app also facilitates Bluetooth connection for both control and the integrated speaker.

Usage Features:
- First Ride & Safety: Before the first ride, users must read the safety instructions and complete the New Rider Tutorial in the app. The G11 is initially deactivated and will beep after power-on until activated. A helmet and other protective gear are mandatory. First rides should be in large open areas with assistance. Always step off from the back of the G11.
- Riding Control: Riders place one foot on the foot mat, keeping the other on the ground, then slowly transfer weight onto the G11. The unit beeps when entering Balance Mode. Movement is controlled by gently leaning the body forward (to move forward) and backward (to move backward). Turning is achieved by gently leaning left or right against the steering bar.
- Speed & Terrain: Maintain a moderate speed of 2-6 mph (3-10 km/h) on uneven terrain, keeping knees bent. Avoid sudden acceleration or deceleration. Do not ride on public roads, motorways, highways, or streets. Avoid slopes steeper than 15° (or 10° if payload > 176 lbs/80 kg). Do not ride through puddles, wet ground, loose sand, loose gravel, or ice.
- App Integration: The Gyroor app allows users to register, log in, and connect to the hoverboard via Bluetooth. It displays speed, battery status, and provides access to various settings including mode adjustment (child/adult), speed limits, and light color control. The app also offers a fault analysis feature.
- Calibration: If the G11 moves on its own on flat ground, calibration is needed. This can be done via the app or manually by ensuring the hoverboard is off, pressing and holding the power switch for 5 seconds until a sound is heard, and waiting for the red light to flash 3 times, then staying on.
- Self-Balance & Child/Adult Mode: These modes can be adjusted via the app or manually. For self-balance, place the hoverboard horizontally, turn it on, press the power switch for about 6 seconds until a beep, then restart. For child mode, stand up the G11, turn it on, release, then keep pressing for about 6 seconds until a beep and restart.
- Warnings & Alarms: The G11 will sound an alarm and flash red lights if overheating (internal temperature > 122°F/50°C) or speeding. If overheating, step off, power off, and allow it to cool. For other alarms, restart the G11.
Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, wet cloth to wipe the mainframe. For stubborn dirt, a toothbrush and toothpaste can be used, followed by a soft, wet cloth. Scratches on plastic parts can be polished with extra fine grit abrasive paper. Do not use alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or other corrosive/volatile solvents. Avoid power washers or high-pressure hoses. Ensure the G11 is powered OFF, the charging cable unplugged, and the charge port rubber cap sealed before cleaning to prevent electric shock or damage.
- Storage: Store the G11 in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (hot or cold), which can accelerate plastic aging and reduce battery life.
- Battery Maintenance: Do not store or charge the battery outside specified temperature limits. Charge the battery after each ride and avoid complete drainage. A fully charged battery should retain charge for 60-90 days in Standby Mode. Damage from over-discharge or under-discharge is not covered by the warranty. Do not disassemble the battery due to fire risk. Refer to local laws for battery recycling and disposal. Battery range and performance are optimal at room temperature (70°F/22°C) and decrease at lower temperatures.
- Pre-Ride Checks: Before each ride, check for loose fasteners, damaged components, and low tire pressure. Stop riding immediately if abnormal sounds or alarms occur and diagnose via the app or contact service.
- Warranty: The G11 comes with a 1-year limited warranty for the vehicle (excluding battery and consumables) and 6 months for the battery. The warranty is voided if the vehicle is opened by an unlicensed person, the receipt is not in accordance with the vehicle, there is inappropriate handling/use/maintenance, or non-compliance with manual instructions. Damages from inappropriate handling/use, modification, storage, accidents, surface damages, or riding in rain/soaking in water are not covered.
