15. Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing
cycles.
16. Do not let the coffee maker operate without water.
17. Before connecting the coffee machine, please check if the volt-
age indicated on the coffee machine corresponds with the main
voltage in your home.
18. Do not place the coffee machine on a hot surface.
19. Do not allow the main cord to come into contact with hot surface.
20. Caution: In order to avoid the risk of an electric shock, never try
to repair the coffee machine yourself. Take it to an authorized
service station for examination and repair.
21. Do not pour any more water into the machine once the coffee
machine has been turned on.

23. Fill the water tank with fresh cold water only.
24. The carafe is only designed for use with this coffee machine. It
must never be used on a range top.
