  • Clock Setting: Allows users to set the current time, with options for 1-minute and 10-minute adjustments.
  • Grill Cooking: Offers three grill power levels (MIN, level 2, MAX) and allows setting cooking time up to 90 minutes.
  • Convection Cooking: Provides a temperature range from 50°C to 230°C and a cooking time of up to 5 hours.
  • Grill Fan Cooking: Combines grill and fan functions, with a temperature range from 35°C to 180°C and cooking time up to 5 hours.
  • Auto Cook: Includes pre-programmed menus for both steam (S01-S36) and non-steam (P01-P12) dishes. Users can select menu types and adjust cooking time or weight as needed. The steam auto menu includes an automatic water pump withdrawal process after cooking.

  • Water Tank Access: A dedicated button allows opening the water tank at any state.

Maintenance Features:

  • Initial Cleaning: Before first use, all accessories should be removed and washed. The oven interior should be wiped with a damp cloth, and then heated empty to banish odors. After heating, the oven should be cleaned with a neutral detergent solution and hot water, then wiped dry.
  • Regular Cleaning: The oven cavity should be cleaned after each use with a slightly damp cloth. Accessories should be cleaned in soapy water. The door frame, seal, and neighboring parts require careful cleaning with a damp cloth. Harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers should not be used on the oven door glass.
  • Steam Function Cleaning: After using steam auto menus, water in the cavity and on the door panel needs to be cleaned up. The water pump withdraws water back to the tank, and if the tank is full, the system will beep to remind the user to clean it.
  • Auto Scale Removal Function: This function is recommended for descaling the steam oven. It involves adding a descaling agent (sodium citrate) to 1000ml of fresh water in the water tank and running a specific program. After the program, the water tank needs to be emptied, cleaned, refilled with fresh water, and the process repeated. The descaling process should not be interrupted.
  • Troubleshooting: The manual provides a troubleshooting guide for common issues such as the oven not starting, not heating, or making noise, along with possible causes and remedies.

Important Safety Instructions:

The manual stresses several safety precautions:

  • Do not operate the oven with the door open or if the door/seals are damaged.
  • Do not heat sealed containers as they may explode.

Installation Information:

  • A gap of at least 100 mm must be maintained between the wall and the unit above.
