XII .No function or malfunction of program controller
Possible causes
1.The motor of program controller loses or the stub is sealing-off.
2.The knob of program controller is stuck.
3.Poor contact of wiring of program controller.
4.Poor contact at inner contacts of program controller (even after the all the plug wires are tightened.)
Troubleshooting
1.Reassemble the motor of program controller and make spot welding of the stubs (the operation of
program controller and motor can be heard after the appliance is turned on.)
2.Adjust the position of knob of program controller.
3.Tighten the stubs of program controller one by one.
4.Replace the program controller with a new one.

Unpack and installation
I.Unpack
1.Remove all the outer packaging.
2.Tally the attached accessories and literature.
3.Disassemble the packing bolts.
Packing bolts are designed for fixing of inner accessories. Before operation, disassemble the back cover of
the washer, remove the three packing bolts on the back cover and three packing bolts on the tub to take
out the three packing reinforcements and reassemble the back cover to as original. The holes left over
after the packing bolts have been disassembled should be blocked with waterproof plastic plugs accessory
to the machine. (Please keep the packing bolts and rubber bushing in a safe place.)
4.Level the washer.
Adjust the adjustable foot of the washer to level it.
II. Install
Install the washer correctly before operation.
1.Drainage pipe
1).The length of the drainage pipe is 1,800mm and the outside diameter and the inside diameter are
28mm and 20mm respectively.
2).The water outlet should be 80cm to 100cm above the floor. Take necessary measures to prevent the
drainage pipe from separation. For example, use pipe clips at the back of the washer to fasten the hose.
3). In case that the washer is far from the water source, use extension pipe or pipe through the wall,
provided the extension pipe is less than 5 meters, the diameter of the extension pipe is the same as the
original one and the extended part is firmly connected and leakless).
