TROUBLESHOOTING
IF AIR CONDITIONER DOES NOT OPERATE:
•Checktomakesuretheairconditionerispluggedin.
•Pressthe"Reset"buttonontheplugtorestorepowertotheunit.
•Checkifthecircuitbreakerneedstoberesetorifthefuseneedstobereplaced.
•Pressthe“Power”buttonontheairconditioner.
•Checktomakesurethetimerisnotactivated.
•Usealamptoensurethereispowerattheoutlet.
•Ifthe“full”lightison,drainthewaterdrainasinstructedinOperation/DuringUse/Step4.
•Ensuretheremotehasfreshbatteries.
AIR CONDITIONER WORKING BUT ROOM NOT COOLING:
•CheckthattheairconditionerhasanadequateBTUratingfortheroombeingcooled.
•Runtheairconditioneroncoolathighfanspeed.
•Checktheexhausthoseandwindowkitforproperinstallation.
•Redirecttheairflowforuniformcooling.Removeanyobstaclestotheairflow.
•Alldoorsandwindowsneedtobeclosedsothatcoolairdoesnotescapetheroom.
•Theairfiltersmaybeblockedormayneedcleaning.
•Onextremelyhot&humiddays,theairconditionerwilltakelongertocooltheroom.
•Theunitmaybeinfanordrymode.Putairconditionerincoolmode.
TANK FULL WARNING LIGHT IS ON:
•Unitwillshutdownwhenthewaterpanisfull.Thisconditionmayoccurwhentheunitis
operated in high humidity conditions See instructions in the "Operation" section under "During
use", Step 4.
