  Poor cooling in your Haier Air Conditioner can occur due to several reasons. Check if the air filter is dirty and clean it, normally, every 15 days. Ensure there are no obstacles blocking the air inlet or outlet. Verify that the temperature is set correctly and that all doors and windows are closed. Also, consider whether direct sunlight is entering the room (use curtains) or if there are excessive heat sources or too many people in the room.

  Your Haier Air Conditioner may produce a swishing or gurgling noise during operation or when it stops, especially within the first 2-3 minutes after starting, due to refrigerant flowing in the system. A cracking noise during operation is normal, caused by the casing expanding or shrinking with temperature changes. However, if there's a loud noise from airflow, the air filter might be too dirty.
