Why my Hamilton Beach 35200 Fryer is not heating up?

If your Hamilton Beach Fryer isn't heating, make sure the magnetic cord assembly is properly attached to the fryer socket and that the electrical cord is plugged into an outlet. Also, ensure the Timer is set to ON or rotate it past 10 and set the time. Verify that the heating element assembly is correctly installed on the base, and press the Reset button on the heating element assembly. Finally, ensure the fryer has the recommended amount of oil in the oil pot.
