To reduce the risk of injury to persons:
1. Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If
any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
2. Keep all children and pets away from assembly area. Children and pets should be supervised while gazebo is being assembled.
3. The assembled gazebo should be located at least 6 feet from any obstruction such as fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines
or electrical wires.
4. Some parts may contain sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary, during assembly.
5. This unit is heavy. For safety, do not assemble this item alone. Four to six people are recommended for safe assembly.
6. Check all nuts and bolts periodically for tightness and, when required, tighten them again.
7. While this gazebo is manufactured to withstand winds through only the supplied ground stakes, in areas subject to frequent severe weather,
securing the gazebo to a deck, concrete patio or footings should be considered.
8. This gazebo is intended for decorative and sunshade purposes only and is not designed to withstand harsh weather, including high winds, rain,
and snow.
9. Do not use or enter the gazebo if there exists any of the following or of similar conditions:
a) Visible movement of support members, roofing panels or sagging roofline.
b) Creaks or audible noise from the gazebo.
c) Cracks, fractures or malformation of support members or roof panels.
d) Damaged or missing fasteners.
10. Install the gazebo on level ground. Stakes are provided to secure the gazebo to the ground. Do not assemble the gazebo on sandy, muddy or
loose soil, as stakes do not have enough anchorage in these types of soil. If you wish to secure the gazebo to a wood deck or concrete surface,
use anchors suited to these surfaces. Snow must be cleared off regularly during snowy days. Remove all excess snow from the roof. In order to
avoid damage, use a plastic snow rake to remove excessive snow and ice buildup from roof and keep away from falling debris. Any assembly or
maintenance of the product must be carried out by adults only. Please check your state and local regulations prior to purchasing. Some
jurisdictions may require permits for installation and use. Some special procedures may be valid in your area.
11. For outdoor use only.
12. If any scratch paint, please touch up to prevent rusting.
13. Do not mix different types of batteries such as alkaline, carbon-zinc, or rechargeable batteries.
14. Do not mix old and new batteries.
15. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
16. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product.
17. Exhausted batteries should be removed immediately and must be recycled or disposed of properly according to state or local government
ordinances and regulations.
18. Requires 3 x NI-MH 1.2V AA 2200mAh batteries for the light. (not included). Requires 2 AAA batteries for the remote. (not included).
19. This radio per IC Cen transmitter (identify the device by certification number) has been approved by Industry Canada to operate with antenna
types listed below with the maximum permissible gain indicated. Antenna types not included in this list. Having a gain greater than the
maximum gain indicated for that type, are strictly prohibited for use with this device.
20. Immediately following the above notice, the manufacturer shall provide a list of all antenna types approved for use with the transmitter,
indicating the maximum permissible antenna gain (in dBi).
21. This device contains Iicence - exempt transmitter (s) receiver (s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s
licence – exempt RSS (s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause interference.
(2) This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
