  If your Hanbell Compressor experiences low suction pressure, it might be due to several reasons. It could be caused by a lack of refrigerant, so check for leaks and charge additional refrigerant. Another cause might be a dirty or iced evaporator, which requires defrosting or cleaning the coil. A clogged liquid line filter drier can also lead to low suction pressure; in that case, replace the cartridge. Other potential causes include a clogged suction line or compressor suction strainer (clean or change the suction strainer), a malfunctioning expansion valve (check and reset for proper superheat), or a condensing temperature that is too low (check means for regulating condensing temperature).

  If your Hanbell Compressor is unable to load, several factors could be responsible. Low ambient temperature or high oil viscosity can prevent loading, so turn on the oil heater before starting the compressor. A clogged capillary can also cause this issue; clean or replace the capillary. Other potential causes include a modulation solenoid valve clogged or solenoid valve coil burnt (clean/purge solenoid valve core or replace the solenoid valve coil), an internal built-in oil line clogged (check and clean the compressor oil circuit), a piston stuck-up (change piston or piston ring), an oil filter cartridge clogged (clean oil filter, replace if needed), or too small the high-low pressure differential (minimum pressure differential is 4 bar. Consider installing an oil pump).

  If your Hanbell Compressor is unable to unload, it could be due to several reasons. A modulation solenoid valve clogged or burnt can prevent unloading, so clean or replace the solenoid valve. Worn off or broken piston rings, or a damaged cylinder resulting in leakage, can also cause this issue; change the piston (if the cylinder is severely damaged, change the cylinder). Other potential causes include insufficient lubrication oil (check the oil level of the compressor; if it's low, add some oil), leakages at the internal discharge cover plate end side (check or replace the gasket and tighten the bolts), solenoid valve voltage misused (check the control voltage), a piston stuck-up (change the piston set and check the cylinder and slide valve), or unsuitable capacity control logic (check).
