If the motor fails to run, first check if the on/off switch is turned off; turn the machine on by using the switch on the back electrical control pod. Also, make sure the machine is receiving power; check that the power connector is securely plugged into the back of the machine and the three-prong end is plugged into the power source.
Why is my handi quilter HQSixteen quilt design uneven?
An uneven quilt design can occur if the take-up rollers may be bowed or bent; make certain the fabric is not rolled too tight, causing the poles to bow. It can also be caused by leaders that are stretched/worn. If fabric is beginning to stretch or fray, contact Handi Quilter LLC for replacement leaders.
