What to do if I get a Windows error during the Handicare IBIS upgrade?

If you encounter a Windows error during the Handicare Wheelchair upgrade, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure the cable connecting your PC/laptop is properly connected by disconnecting and reconnecting it. Then, retry the upgrade. Another cause might be the wrong COM-Port selection. In the PowerSupport upgrade software, go to 'Communication,' select the correct COM-Port for PowerSupport, and press 'OK' before attempting the upgrade again. Lastly, make sure the charger is disconnected from the system during the upgrade process. Disconnect the Power Support cable and then retry the upgrade.
