The corresponding residual heat indicator
lights up as soon as a cooking zone reach-
es approx. 50°C. After the cooking zone is
switched off, the indicator continues to be
lit for as long as the cooking zone is hot. It
warns you of any possible burning and lets
you know that you can still use residual heat
to cook.
CAUTION!
Risk of burns!
If a mains failure occurs, the residual
heat indicators will go out and may not
show the presence of residual heat!
Do not touch the cooking zones after
a power failure.
