      Anita MarshJul 26, 2025
If there is no sound from your Harman Kardon Speaker System's soundbar and subwoofer, try these steps: * Ensure the soundbar is powered ON (the Power Indicator should be white). * Verify that the cable connecting your TV or other source to the soundbar is securely connected at both ends. * Confirm that the soundbar’s Source Selector is set to the correct source and the source is playing audio. * Check if the system is muted. If it is, press the volume buttons to unmute it. * Make sure the soundbar’s volume isn't turned all the way down, as the lowest setting of the Volume Down button will mute the system.

If you're not getting any sound from the subwoofer of your Harman Kardon Speaker System, here's what you can check: * Ensure the Subwoofer Volume Control isn't turned all the way down. * Confirm the wireless connection is active (a constant blue LED on the back of the subwoofer indicates this). If the LED is flashing blue, restart the pairing process. * Try moving the subwoofer closer to the soundbar, keeping in mind that the maximum wireless operation distance is 15 meters (50 feet).
