1. If starting after an empty hopper, turn Feed Adjuster
to “TEST” (forone60secondcycle).Thiswillchargepellets
intotheaugertubeandalsoallowyoutocheckthemotors
foroperation.Figure4.5.
NOTE: The auger motor will not operate with the furnace
door open.
2.Turn Feed Adjuster to #4.
Ifthisisyourrstre,oryouaretryingdifferentpellets,set
thefeedadjuster to#4,Figure4.6.Thisis aconservative
numberandwillprobablyneedtobeincreasedifmaximum
BTUoutputisdesired.Afteryouknowafeedratesettingthat
workswellforyourapplication,usethatsetting.
3. Flip the Igniter Switch up into the “AUTO-LIGHT”
position,Figure4.7.
