      First, ensure the unit is turned on by pressing the I/O (ON/OFF) button. If it still doesn't heat, check and reset the circuit breaker. If the breaker continues to trip, or the unit still doesn't heat, further assistance is needed.

      The temperature setting may be too low. Try using the MODE button to change from LOW POWER to FULL POWER, or use the TEMP button to increase the temperature setting. For RHW models, ensure you are using the specially-designed round pots from Hatco. Incorrect voltage supply can also cause improper heating; verify the correct voltage is supplied to the unit.

      The temperature setting might be too high. Try using the MODE button to switch from FULL POWER to LOW POWER, or use the TEMP button to decrease the temperature setting. Also, verify that the voltage supplied to the unit is correct, as high voltage can cause overheating and damage.
