2. Stop pin (optional extra)

– Press the stop pin „2“ until the engine cuts out
(see also Fig. 16, pos. 2).
– Once the engine has cut out, release the
pin „2“ and ensure that it returns to its initial
position, Fig. 16.

Depending upon the model, the battery charge
indicator „2“ and oil pressure warning indicator
„3“ will come on again after the engine comes to
a stop.
– Turn the key to position 0 and remove it.
All the indicator lights must go out.
Note:
Failure to return the starter key to position 0
may result in the battery being totally
discharged.
If operation of the engine is inter-
rupted for any reason, or at the end of
the working day, the starter key should be kept
out of reach of unauthorised persons.
