  Several issues can prevent your Havener Enterprises Trimmer's engine from starting. These include an empty fuel tank (fill it!), a choke control not in the choke position (close the choke), a loose or disconnected spark plug wire (connect it), a bad spark plug (replace it and restart), a dirty air filter (replace it), a clogged fuel filter (replace it), or bad/old fuel (drain and refill with fresh fuel). Also, the engine might be flooded (remove the spark plug and dry it).
